The Franchise Agreement grants you the right to operate an Instant Tax Service franchise under the service mark INSTANT TAX SERVICE®. TCA Financial, LLC obtained registration of the INSTANT TAX SERVICE® mark on the Supplemental Register of the United States Patent and Trademark Office on March 29, 2005 under Registration No. 2,927,104. TCA Financial, LLC has been using the Instant Tax Service Mark in commerce since at least March 31, 2001.
